Under the terms of The End of Life Vehicle Regulations, Ferrari GB Ltd is responsible for the free take back and decommissioning of specified vehicles as an end of life vehicle, in the unlikely event that a Ferrari may have no commercial value or a negative value.

The EU Directive 2000/53/EG concerning the take back of end of life vehicles is implemented in the UK through end of life vehicle legislation and its relevant provisions.
